Automatic SMS sendings from PrestaShop
In the 360NRS module for Prestashop you will be able to configure that a SMS is sent automatically to the client or the admin, answering to the events:
Order placed: Event that sends an SMS to the customer and/or admin when an item is bought in the store.
Order returned: Event that sends SMS to the client and/or Administrator when a return of a purchased article is made.
Order cancelled: Event that sends an SMS to the customer and/or admin when a purchase order is cancelled.
Order delivered: Event that sends an SMS to the customer and/or admin when purchased items are received.
Order dispatched: Event that sends SMS to the client and/or Administrator when the sending of the purchasing products is made.
Payment failure: Event that sends SMS to the client and/or Administrator when an error in the payment of a purchase order is generated.
Payment accepted: Event that sends SMS to the client and/or Administrator when the payment of a purchase is made.
Shopping cart abandoned: Event that sends an SMS to the customer and/or admin when a purchase is not completed.
Birthday greeting: Event that sends an SMS to the customer on their birthday.
