One of the new features of the GDPR is about obtaining consent, which has to be explicit and affirmative. In other words, if you were sending messages to your database because there was a prior contractual relationship or because you had obtained implied consent.
To start, load your complete database with all the data you have available at 360 NRS. You will be able to customise all the fields that you would like your customers to update.
Click on the Forms section and use our GDPR template, add all the fields you would like, and sync them with a custom field from your database
Go to campaigns and launch your GDPR consent campaign by email or SMS CON Landing Page. You simply have to include the FORM button in the HTML designer and select the name of your form.
You can see the validated answers by filtering through all the contacts in your database, and you can send a blacklist to anyone who hasn't accepted...
